Our Written History of The Lutheran Church of the Atonement

During the organizing process in designing a 75 Anniversary Celebration for the Atonement community several historical documents emerged.

This page is dedicated to the written history of the Lutheran Church of Atonement.

The first document was commissioned to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Atonement in 1961.

​

The second document was commissioned to commemorate the 40th anniversary in1991

​

A postcard was designed to commemorate the dedication of Atonement on June 28, 1953,  The A frame interior was photographed by Elmer Scheer.
