The Lutheran Church of the Atonement

During the organizing process in designing a 75 Anniversary Celebration for the Atonement community several historical documents emerged.

This page is dedicated to the written history of the Lutheran Church of the Atonement. 

​

The first document was commissioned to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Atonement in 1961.

​

The second document was commissioned to commemorate the 40th anniversary in1991

​

A postcard was designed to commemorate the dedication of Atonement on June 28, 1953,  The A frame interior was photographed by Elmer Scheer.
