Parish Nurse Ministry

Our mission is the application of Christian and holistic principles to serve Atonement and the surrounding community with personal referrals and health education.  Atonement’s Health Cabinet supports the nurses’ activities.

 

Current Office Hours

     1st Monday of the month - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  

     3rd Thursday of the month - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Current Programs

• Blood Pressure Screenings         

​

         Given at Atonement - Fourth Sunday of the month between services

         Select Thursdays before “Bible and Breakfast”

• Home Visits

• Health Fair and Blood Drive

     

         The annual health fair includes flu shots and usually a blood drive and mammogram van. Other vendors  

         showcase health related information.

• Tai Chi  

  

         Fellowship Hall  - Monday & Wednesday mornings, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

         Kreitzmann Hall (gym) - Wednesday evenings, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
