God loves us so much and wants the absolute best for us. Sadly, because of our brokenness our hearts can be hardened like stone. Thankfully, God’s mercy and grace overcomes our stone-like hearts, bringing joy, peace, light, love, and energy into our whole being. Through Christ, our hearts and souls are renewed.

How have you experienced the new heart God has placed in you in your life?

The world is filled with not-so-good things: temptations, hatred, violence, sin, evil, etc.. It can be difficult to overcome such influences. However, through the power of the Holy Spirit, God blesses us with the means to live life without fear, to love others, to help others, to know peace. When we are uncertain about how to use these fruits of the Spirit, Jesus Christ guides and strengthens us. God will never let us go as He is the root from which our fruit will grow.

How can you live the fruits of the Spirit in your life each day?

God loves us so incredibly much. The love and mercy God showers on us comes from His deep care and compassion for each one of us. God wants the absolute best for us and provides the way. As we seek God through prayer and His Word, God enlightens our minds and hearts with wisdom. Since it comes from God, it is nothing but pure and holy. The more we are filled with this wisdom, the more we are able to live purely, peaceably, gently, with reason, and bearing good fruit. Through Christ, we are guided and strengthened to live with this wondrous gift of wisdom.

How has God brought wisdom to your life?
